The specialized studies program is designed for individuals wanting to learn how to select a great wine for their meals, and professionals who are seeking to enhance their interest and understanding of wine.
Program Requirements
A specialized studies certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the required course, Fundamentals of Wine Studies, and a choice of various electives totaling 90 hours of study. All course work must be completed within a five year period. You must be 21 years of age or older to enroll in these courses.
