Online Instructor-led Courses
UC Irvine Extension will be offering semesters II of all two-semester courses in Spring 2009. Courses will begin in January. Please check back for an updated schedule.
Enrollment Requirement
Before your enrollment can be processed, you must complete a submit the Student Authorization to Release Progress Information and Grades form to the UC Irvine Student Services Office.
Home school and independent students need to complete the Individual Education Plan form and return it to the UC Irvine Student Services Office before they can be enrolled. These authorization forms MUST be turned into the UC Irvine Student Services Office before students can gain access to their courses.
In addition, students working with a high school administered program need to complete the Acknowledgement of AP or Honors Course Work to be Undertaken form, which requires a signature by a high school administrator. This form MUST be turned into the UC Irvine Student Services Office before enrollment in the course can occur.
