Classes beginning in February offered by UCI Extension include a wine-tasting course on Monday, Feb. 2, and a two-day tour of California Arts and Crafts mansions and landmarks in Pasadena on Wednesday, Feb. 3. The wine-tasting course, "Tasting Wine Blind: How to Do It Like A Pro," meets six times from 7 to 10 p.m. in University Extension Building A. Cost: $215. Information: (949) 824-5414.
